Chef Martin Jandík is the heart and soul of culinary creativity at Lobkowicz Palace Catering. His foray into the world of gastronomy began at the very young age of 15. From there he spent time working and studying in some of the finest kitchens and hotels, such as the Four Seasons. He was further influenced by his experience working under Michelin Award-winning Executive Chef, Vito Mollica. 

 

 

Chef Martin always looks for playful and respectful ways to create excitement on the plate with a style built on vibrant flavors and unexpected combinations. He is meticulous about every culinary detail and is committed to delivering the very best products from the earth to the clients table. 

 

 

People eat with their eyes long before they put fork to food and no detail or element is less or more important than the other. Chef Martin makes every effort to provide the very best possible experience and challenges us to constantly examine ourselves, our menu, our service and our standards. There is no such thing as perfect food, only the idea of it. 

 

 

To make people happy, that is what eating is all about. Food is an experience of memories, feelings and emotions.
