May I purchase tickets in advance?
Lobkowicz Palace
Tickets for individuals and groups may be reserved by calling +420 233 312 925 or email palace@lobkowiczevents.cz , but reservations are not necessary.
Nelahozeves Castle
Tickets for individuals and groups may be reserved by calling +420 315 709 121, on Mondays +420 315 709 111, 155 or email reservace@lobkowicz.cz, but reservations are not necessary.
Strekov Castle
There is no reserved ticket policy.
Are there dining facilities?
Lobkowicz Palace
The panoramic terrace café is open daily year-round from 10 AM – 6 PM. In season the courtyard café is also open with the same menu as the cafe. Nelahozeves Castle
The castle restaurant is open daily except Mondays from 10 AM – 5 PM.
Strekov Castle
The Wágnerka restaurant is open from March through October daily from 9 AM – 10 PM.
Castle terrace is open from March through October daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (depending on the weather).
Castle wine restaurant is open by prior arrangement.
Do umbrellas, coats, packages and backpacks need to be checked?
Lobkowicz Palace
Informal facilities are available for checking personal belongings at the visitor’s own risk. Baby strollers are not permitted in the galleries.
Nelahozeves Castle
Same as at the Lobkowicz Palace.
Are there parking facilities?
Lobkowicz Palace
Parking is not available for visitors to Prague Castle.
Nelahozeves Castle
Parking is available adjacent to the Castle.
Strekov Castle
Paid parking is available adjacent to the Castle (CZK 30/per car, CZK 60/per bus, without time limitation).
May I take photographs?
Photography and videography is not permitted inside any of the exhibition galleries. Photography is possible on terraces, courtyards and castle grounds.
Does the Lobkowicz Palace Museum offer an audio tour?
Yes, the acclaimed audio tour is FREE with admission and available in Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish.
Are there guided tours?
Lobkowicz Palace
Guided tours may be arranged with advance notice. But the FREE acclaimed audio tour available in Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish is by far the recommended way to tour the galleries.
Nelahozeves Castle
The exhibition galleries and rooms are visited by guided tours only. Tours are available in Czech, English, French, German, Italian and Russian Strekov Castle Guided tours are available only for groups of 5 or more people and only in Czech (in the winter 10 or more people) Individual visits are possible with a printed text in Czech, English and German

Are you family-friendly?
Lobkowicz Palace
Changing facilities are available next to the café entrance (ask a waiter for the key); high chairs and toys are available in the café. Even children as young as six have found the museum’s audio tour fun and informative as they listen to the music, follow the family’s story and look out for the numbered stops in the galleries. Baby strollers, however, are not permitted in the galleries but may be left at the admissions desk upon arrival.
Nelahozeves Castle
Lockers for personal belongings (umbrellas, coats, packages and backpacks) are available in the basement of the entrance hall; high chairs and toys are available in the Castle restaurant. Children have found the exhibition tour fun and informative as they can a close-up close view of exhibited objects, curiosities, weapons and follow the family’s story with our guide. Baby strollers, however, are not permitted in the exhibition but may be left at the admissions desk upon arrival.
Strekov Castle
Strekov offers special events throughout the year which include music concerts, historical reenactments, and special family days.
Are you open late any evenings?
Lobkowicz Palace
Unless a special event is involved, the Palace closes at 6 PM daily.
Nelahozeves Castle
Unless a special event is involved, the Castle closes at 5 PM.
What is your policy concerning the reproduction of images?
Personal photography and videography is not permitted in any of the exhibition galleries. Permission to reproduce objects and requests for photographs and slides of objects in the Collection should be referred to Jan Zahradníček Collections Coordinator Tel.: +420 602 594 354, E-mail: zahradnicek@lobkowicz.cz

Are you handicap accessible?
Lobkowicz Palace
Elevators are available to the galleries upon request at the admissions desk. The terrace café is up a short flight of stairs from the ground floor entrance. A special access restroom is situated next to the café entrance (ask a waiter for the key).
Nelahozeves Castle
Although there are no elevators in the building, the castle provides a single automated stair climber for people with wheelchairs. Please call in advance if needed.
Strekov Castle
nfortunately the castle premises are not handicap accessible.
When are the museum shops open?
The museum shops generally follow the visiting hours of the museums at Lobkowicz venues.
Do you have an online shop?
There is no Lobkowicz Webstore yet, but we are working on it! Inquiries about obtaining specific products and payments may be made reservace@lobkowicz.cz.
